30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

At FilmSource Packaging, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your stock item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, with the following exceptions:

Custom Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made items, as they are specially tailored to your specific requirements.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be marked as "non-returnable" due to hygiene reasons or other considerations. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for more information.

Return Shipping:

If the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective, FilmSource Packaging will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is not a result of our fault, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
